ComfyUI 0.32.0, Comfy-Org 'Wan2.2 5B video generation' template: 121 frames (5 s at 24 fps), 20 steps, uni_pc, CFG 5, shift 8; wan2.2_ti2v_5B_fp16 + umt5_xxl_fp8_e4m3fn_scaled + wan2.2_vae. Cold start, so the time includes loading the weights; the repeat took 542.53 s. 1024x576 x121: 305.09 s. 1280x704 x145 (6 s): 696.72 s. Whole-card peak 15,766 of 16,311 MiB at the default (545 MiB free, desktop included). No SageAttention. The template was rebuilt for ComfyUI 0.32.0 and only video-container inputs changed (bit_depth auto -> 8). Windows 11, driver 591.86, display attached. Unreplicated: one rig, one operator.

Same template with the diffusion loader swapped for Unet Loader (GGUF): QuantStack Wan2.2-TI2V-5B-Q8_0.gguf, 121 frames (5 s), 20 steps. Cold start. 1024x576 x121: 310.82 s (5.18 min) with no SageAttention. Whole-card peak 14,635 of 16,311 MiB: 1,131 MiB below the FP16 run at the same size, and 3.4 s slower; at 1024x576, 1,152 MiB lower and 5.7 s slower. ComfyUI 0.32.0 + ComfyUI-GGUF, Windows 11, driver 591.86, display attached. Unreplicated: one rig, one operator.
