5B hybrid text+image-to-video model by Wan-AI (Alibaba) — Wan 2.2 TI2V-5B with a high-compression Wan2.2-VAE (16x16x4), generating 720P at 24 fps, Apache-2.0. Nineteen cards here carry a recipe and the floor is 12 GB: the aggressive VAE compression is what puts 720p video on a mid-range board at all, rather than on a 24 GB card only. Apache-2.0 also makes it one of the few video models with no commercial-use question attached.
